How does the delivery process work?

Each premium box is then placed carefully in a corrugated box for added security. Our top-notch packing ensures that there’s no damage to the product throughout it’s journey.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually deliver orders within 2-6 business/working days from the date of order (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

While we stick to our commitment orders can get delayed due to external factors including but not limited to natural calamities, local strike, vehicle restrictions, fire, riots, etc. Although we endeavour to deliver the products on time, we are not liable for any delay in delivering the products

If you are ordering our products during key sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. Although we target to dispatch the order as per normal TAT but increased volumes might lead to additional 2-3 business/working days from the normal delivery timelines.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped a new product. Remember it can take some time to process.
