Perfume Quality & Dispatch Time

 

Our perfumes are crafted using the highest quality, imported ingredients. To ensure the best fragrance experience and longevity, each perfume is carefully matured for 36 hours. As a result, our dispatch time is between 48-72 hours.

We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in excellent condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, we require the following steps to facilitate a swift and accurate resolution

 

Damaged Goods & Live Unboxing Policy

If you receive damaged goods, a live unboxing video is required within 48 hours of delivery. The video must show the entire unboxing process, including the condition of the package and any visible damage to the product.

 

Video Guidelines:

• The video must be unedited and filmed in real-time.
• The damage should be clearly visible in the video.

Failure to provide the video within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied. Once received, our team will review the video and guide you on the next steps.
